Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Confirmation & Payment Policy All bookings must be confirmed through the Wix booking system. Paid sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Free discovery calls are subject to availability and confirmation. Your booking is not considered confirmed until you receive an automated confirmation email. For subscription onboarding and review sessions, booking access is granted only after an active pricing plan is purchased. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We value preparation, strategy, and time alignment. Please review the following carefully: Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full session fee and will forfeit the session. Free discovery calls that are missed without notice may limit future booking availability. 3. Late Arrival Policy Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original end time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show at our discretion. This policy ensures fairness and respect for all scheduled clients. 4. Refund Policy All paid strategy sessions and consultations are non-refundable once delivered. If Neural Marketing Hub must cancel a session, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Subscription fees are governed by the terms outlined in the selected pricing plan and are not refunded for partial months. 5. Strategy Session Credit Policy For the Marketing Strategy & Growth Assessment: The session fee is credited toward your first month only if a subscription is purchased within 7 days of the session date. Credit is applied once and is non-transferable. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or future standalone services. 6. Subscription Client Booking Access Certain booking services (onboarding sessions, monthly reviews, quarterly reviews) are available only to active subscription clients. If a subscription is paused or canceled, access to client-only booking services will be removed automatically. Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your pricing plan. 7. Scope & Expectations Policy Booking a session does not guarantee: Full audits outside the session scope Ongoing execution Campaign management or deliverables beyond what is explicitly stated Sessions are strategic in nature and focused on guidance, clarity, and direction unle
